The IM Exam prepared by professional specialists in accordance with the Common European Framework (CEFR) has 53 different business field related exams in its infrastructure.
The IM exam tests the candidate’s English level in both general English and business English with regards to grammar, listening, writing, reading and speaking. All components are assessed via position specific questions matched to the area of employment for which the candidate has applied.
Upon evaluating the candidates english levels in accordance with CEFR, the results are sent to you via email in pdf format in 10 minutes.

HOW DOES IM WORK?
Benefiting from IM services is easy. After purchasing the IM online exam and evaluation service, they system will manage the majority of the process on your behalf. Inform us of the vacant positions your company advertising and request access to the link and keys for the relevant posts.

The exam keys created for each position and the exam guideline are sent to Human Resources department. All keys prepared for different business fields are ready to be used.

Simply provide your candidate with the exam link and sixteen-digit code supplied to the candidate. IM will the handle the rest for you by evaluating the candidate’s English level.

The candidate enters the system with the exam link and the single use 16-digit exam key provided by you to take the IM exam.

The online system will walk the candidate through sections on English grammar, reading, listening and writing skills prepared regarding of their fields that take 65 minutes to complete.

After completing the 65-minute online written exam, the candidate schedules an appointment for their speaking exam via the on-screen calendar. The speaking exam may be scheduled directly after the written exam or at another convenient time for the candidate.

Once the speaking exam has been completed the final score and English level of the candidate will be determined. You will receive the candidate’s evaluation report via email 10 minutes after the oral section is completed. Upon receipt of the report, your IM services are complete and you are able to decide to pursue the recruitment process or not as you wish.
